INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

If you access and consult our website, and if you activate any services provided therein, some of your data shall be processed. Here we explain which ones and why.

Dal Santo Srl, with registered office in Via S. Anna, 38 – 31050 Vedelago, hamlet of Fossalunga (TV), is the data controller of the processing of the personal data of the users of this site (hereinafter referred to as “Data Controller” and “Site”) and as such hereby informs you of the purposes and methods of processing of personal data acquired while browsing or that you may communicate for the use of services (e.g. email addresses or other contact data provided by filling in the “contact us” form, or by sending us an email, or for subscribing to newsletters, or in relation to other requests, communications or services for which the Data Controller handles personal data).
NB – The information is provided in compliance with the European and Italian regulations on the protection of personal data and refers only to the Site and not to websites of third parties that may be reached by the User through links therein.

CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED DATA

Browsing data

The computer applications and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, in the course of normal operation, certain personal data whose disclosure is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature may enable users to be identified by means of processing and association with data held by third parties. This category of data includes, e.g., the IP addresses or domain names of the computers, tablets and other devices used to connect to the site; the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested; the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation. It is deleted immediately after processing.

Data provided voluntarily by the User

Sending e-mails to the addresses indicated on the Site – an optional, explicit and voluntary action – entails the acquisition of an e-mail address, which is required in order to reply to requests, as well as any further personal data that may be communicated. The Site contains completion forms, accompanied by specific information on the processing of personal data carried out and, where necessary, requests for consent – we invite you to read these before proceeding to use each of the forms.

Collection and management of cookies is required, as indicated above. The Data Controller processes your data in order to facilitate the browsing experience and to provide answers or services that you may have requested. When completing forms or on-demand services, the User is free to provide his or her personal data for the purposes indicated in the specific information statements, but failure to do so may make it impossible to obtain the requested service. Storage of contact data and exchanged content responds to the area of legitimate interest of the Data Controller to ensure availability of information regarding the services provided and the exchange of data between the User and the Data Controller, in relation to the rights that may be exercised in accordance with the laws in force.
No personal data shall be used for additional purposes, e.g. for commercial or marketing communications, except in accordance with applicable regulations or on the basis of the explicit consent by the Data Subject.

DATA RETENTION TIME FRAMES

The Data Controller shall process personal data collected via use of the Site for the time deemed as strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Information notices drawn up for special services may contain certain specifications. Further retention is envisaged due to a requirement or opportunity to record activities performed, as mentioned above, and therefore in conjunction with the statute of limitations of the rights or potentially with the terms of the law for the retention of relevant documentation.

SCOPE OF DATA COMMUNICATION AND CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS

The Data Controller shall not disclose any data, but the data shall be made available to in-house departments authorised to process it on the basis of their respective responsibilities or activities to be carried out vis-à-vis the Data Subject; the data or some of it may be disclosed to external parties should the aforesaid activities so require: these recipients, should they process data on behalf of the Data Controller, shall be designated as data processors by means of a specific contract or other legal framework.

DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND/OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION

Your personal data shall not be transferred to third countries (outside the European Union).

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

It is your right to access your personal data and to rectify any inaccuracies, erase or restrict its processing if conditions are met, object to its processing for legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller, or obtain portability of said personal data only if it is subject to automated processing based on consent or contract. Moreover, you have the right to revoke consent provided for the purposes of processing that require it, without prejudice to the legality of the processing carried out up to the time that consent was revoked.
